TRICOR customers are located across the state of Tennessee and include (per T.C.A. 41-22-116) tax-supported institutions and government divisions such as state, county, and city agencies; non-profit organizations; colleges and universities; and school districts. In addition to these, any private business may purchase from TRICOR when those products will be used to fulfill a government contract. Also, when a private sector partnership is involved, the partner is allowed to sell to unrestricted markets.
